Industrial Base Analysis and Sustainment Program (IBAS) Please join Indiana APEX during APEX week as we host a virtual event presenting an informatory session on the Industrial Base Analysis and Sustainment Program (IBAS). This presentation will provide a general understanding regarding IBAS, where it fits within Industrial Defense Policy, and how it looks to affect National Defense Industrial Strategy. We will discuss the IBAS program focus areas, how the program looks to address key gaps, and finally how they fund projects that align with those areas.
