CMMC is Now the LAW

CMMC compliance isn't just a checkbox anymore—it's officially a legal requirement for doing business with the DoD. ✅

As of November 10, the 48 CFR final rule is in effect, formally embedding the Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) program into defense contracts.

This is the most significant regulatory shift for the Defense Industrial Base.
At its core, this rule means one thing: If you handle FCI or CUI, you must now demonstrate verified cybersecurity protections.

This isn't a future concern. Compliance is required before and during contract performance.
