The Indiana Economic Development Corporation (IEDC) and Indiana Innovation Institute (IN3) would like to invite all innovators to a SBIR/STTR networking, training, and information session to be held on Wednesday, December 14, from 3:30 PM to 6:30 PM in Indianapolis. Refreshments and a late afternoon snack will be provided.
The session will include a 90-minute training on, "What is an SBIR/STTR? How do you apply for SBIR/STTR funding? How do you work with the Federal Government?" and then a 60-minute simulcast information session from the Department of the Navy, out of New Mexico, detailing the Navy's proposed SBIR/STTR topics for funding starting in January!
If you have ever wanted to know how you can apply for funding for the Federal Government to commercialize your innovation, or you have some new product you believe our warfighters could use, this is the training for you. Know what a SBIR/STTR is and just need a refresher, or have questions on the process? Then come as well!
If you are already intimately familiar with the SBIR/STTR process and just want to know what the Navy's topics will be this coming January, stop on by too starting at 5:30 PM.
AGENDA:
3:30 - 5:00 PM: SBIR/STTR Training
5:00 - 5:30 PM: Networking & Refreshments
5:30 - 6:30 PM: Simulcast of the New Mexico SBIR/STTR Innovation Summit Broadcast of the Navy's 2023 SBIR/STTR Topics.
